In March 2026, I was lucky enough to meet Mo Dawood, founder of Sunseekr via a mention of Thursday Sunsets on the Media Freak Podcast.
I had tried to contact Mo last May but got completely ghosted.
When the Media Freaks pod went live in March ’26, Charlie Litster tagged Sunseekr on his LinkedIn post. Mo got in touch and I asked what he was doing at sundown the next Thursday and could he suggest an appropriate venue. We met:

Then we broke bread and olives and decided to see if we could bring the magic of Sunseekr together in an IRL event on 23rd April. As this was a gathering of senior leaders, Charlie Litster saw the opportunity to sponsor the event to forward the awareness of his employer Silverpush, a global ad-tech company driven by a deep passion for technology, creativity, and innovation.
I’d love to tell you all about it, however, I prefer authenticity and managed to collect a few interviews and pictures on the night (below). Here’s a swift summary:
The guests speak about meeting people from across media, AI, film, architecture, and creative industries, with conversations that felt open, engaging, and refreshingly real. Overall, the feeling was that this was a memorable evening where good people came together, made meaningful connections, and would happily do it again.
