Find your biggest concerns and talk about them openly and honestly.
Try not to get lost in vague fears. Try and bring any concerns you have into sharp focus, think them through to their conclusion and ask yourself what is the worst that could happen with any one? If you are still concerned, note them down and go to point 1.
