Dealing with worry, Charlie’s 3 point strategy:

  1. Find your biggest concerns and talk about them openly and honestly.
  2. Try not to get lost in vague fears. Try and bring any concerns you have into sharp focus, think them through to their conclusion and ask yourself what is the worst that could happen with any one?  If you are still concerned, note them down and go to point 1.
  3. Remember the words of Winston Churchill “When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had a lot of trouble in his life, most of which had never happened.”
